Processing and Shipping Times

Orders generally take 1-2 business days to process, but we will endeavour to post it out before then/ASAP. Shipping times may vary based upon buyer location, service provider, as well as potential disruption to service routes. Please refer to individual service provider’s website (listed at checkout) for accurate delivery times, or alternatively, please contact us.

Refunds/returns

We offer returns for Apparel within 30 days of the ship date. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. All returned items must be in their original unwashed and unworn condition and must include any original packaging, including all tags. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To start a return, you can contact me at info@ckgd.net. If your return is approved, we’ll send you our return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer, not of n1ce.
